Gold Package consists of the following:
- Bill payment of utilities, maid(s), pool maintenance and gardener if applicable
- Property Tax Payments

- Inspection of property weekly or monthly (based on rental aagreement)

Every home has rental potential, especially during the high season. Our rental program for your property features the following:
- Listing of your rental on our website
- Preparation of promotional package to be sent to other rental agencies and relevant real estate agencies. We encourage other agencies to also put the property on their websites to promote and maximize your exposure for rentals and also giving the other agencies an appropriate fee split
- Promotional sheets or e-mails sent out to clients who request information either by dropping into the office, looking on the website or to referred clients
- Maintaining a guest management rental calendar
- Providing confirmations of rentals and collection of deposit and rental money
- Inventory list review with client upon check-in and check-out for rental period
- Obtaining damage deposit upon arrival and refunding on check out if no damage to property has occurred or anything on the inventory list is missing or broken
- Obtaining identification and pertinent personal data on rental clients for emergencies or when needed
- Preparing accounting and activity reports when applicable
- Depositing rental income in property owner's bank account
Fee structure for Sunset Rental and Guest Management Services:
- 20% commention of rental income for obtaining reservation. This will be divided with other agencies when applicable
- When a property owner provides a rental, the charge is reduced to 10% unless other arrangements are made. Please note that the above program can be modified and tailored to suit the owner's needs. Our company still offers the above services regarding the guest management when this applies
